Please read before booking!

BOOKING APPOINTMENT

• All appointments are approved or declined on my end.​

• A "pending' or "declined" appointment= no appointment. It must be "approved" in order to have the appointment.

• Appointments aren't approved until deposit is sent.

• You will also receive a text and/or email to remind you a couple days before your appointment asking you to confirm it.

$15 DEPOSIT

• A $15 non-refundable deposit is required in order to get your appointment approved.

• Deposit must be sent within 24 hours of booking.

• Remaining balance will be due IN CASH at the end of your appointment.

• Deposit can only be sent thru venmo (kailaxaragona) In venmo description, please add random emojis.

• I understand that things happen unexpectedly, please just communicate with me.

LATE FEE

• 10 minutes late = extra $10

• 20 minutes late = no service

Please understand that I need all the time I can get to do your lashes. And I do have other clients as well. So you being late not only wastes lots of time for me but also for the next client. Please be considerate

​BEFORE APPOINTMENT

• Please come in comfortable clothes.

• No contacts due to eyes being closed for a while.

• Makeup free and clean eyes.

• Please expect 2-3 hours for your appointment.

• Taking off shoes before laying on lash bed.
